Instructor Cindy McKinney will present all new recipes as well as the traditional basil/pinenut classic. You will learn how to make the perfect pesto. Cindy's new herb blends include an Asian pesto, an Italian parsley and toasted pecan pesto, and an incredible artichoke and lemon pesto--perfect for an array of spring dishes. You will taste-test delicious recipes showcasing these pestos: pesto/brie fondue, an Asian pesto shrimp saute, chevre and pesto-topped crostini, and a chicken pasta salad with toasted pecans--all perfect for your spring and summer entertaining.
