CJ's Beach House - 7878 Birch Bay Drive, Blaine, WAxxxx (360) 371-3400
The lights are back on! The much awaited opening of CJ's Beach House in Birch Bay has happened. Formerly Stephani's Restaurant, CJ's has undergone extensive remodeling and is nearing completion. Upon entering the restaurant, there is a waiting area with bench seats along the exterior wall with decor of authentic vintage signs and pictures from the buildings former uses as gas station, tavern, dance hall, restaurant, boarding house, and golf course clubhouse. Inside dining will have 36 tables/booths, with the street side tables running the length of the building offering full waterfront dining with water views from Point White Horn to Birch Bay Village. And of course the outside deck has been remodeled for that great patio dining. For special occasions and corporate meetings there is a banquet room accommodating up to 60 people allowing for computer connections and presentations including a 42" flat screen. (Something much needed in the area). CJ's will also feature a enlarged pub off the inside waiting area that is semi-enclosed from the rest of the dining area. The pub, which is basically in the same area of the old Stephani's Beach Cafe, will feature several 42" flat screen TV's and has the warm ambiance of the stone hearth fireplace as before.

The lunch and dinner menu will be a mix of some old favorites from Stephani's menu as well as those favorites from CJ's Barnyard Bistro at Homestead Farms Golf Resort in Lynden. Head Chef David Connors will be offering something new and exciting for the taste buds daily with his "chef daily specials". For operating hours, CJ's will be open for lunch and dinner starting at 11 a.m. daily, closing at 9 p.m. weeknights and 10 p.m. on weekends.

For more information on their grand opening and to make reservations, call CJ's Beach House at (360) 371-3400.
