Creates Culinary Tour
of Mediterranean
Lovers
of Mediterranean food will find their heart's
desire on Wednesdays at Coppa Mediterranean Bistro in
Fairhaven. Coppa's Spring "Tour of the Mediterranean"
features a 5-course dinner, with each course from a
different
country, for only $15.95.
Vegetarian,
meat and seafood dishes will be offered over the next
3 months, created with fresh ingredients
in the culinary style of Greece, Italy, Spain, Morocco
and Turkey. Some items come from the menu and others
are new to the restaurant.
"We
are having fun changing the food weekly. The flavors
are wonderful and sometimes surprising," said
owner Fahri Ugurlu, a native of Turkey.
Coppa is located at 1224 Harris Avenue and is open daily
for dinner at 5:00 pm.
