Marti's Easy Quiche
Using Marti's Lowfat Garlic Basil Dressing

1/3 Cup onions
1 Cup diced ham
3 Table Spoon butter
4 eggs
1 Cup nonfat milk
1/2 Cup cream
3 Table Spoon Marti’s Lowfat Garlic Basil
1/4 Cup feta cheese crumbled
1 ready made pie crust (optional)
Sauté onions and ham in butter. (Set aside.)
Beat eggs with milk and cream.
Add Marti’s Lowfat Garlic Basil and stir.
Line deep 9” pie plate with crust.
(If not using a crust, butter and flour pie plate.)
Sprinkle feta, onions and ham in pie plate.
Pour egg mixture over.
Bake in preheated oven at 400º approx.
35 minutes.
