Shores Restaurant opening soon in the Sandcastle at Birch Bay

Since their closing almost two years ago, a totally new restaurant with a new name has emerged with an upscale menu. Shores Restaurant, formerly the Dry Dock Restaurant is just about ready to open their doors in the new Sandcastle at Birch Bay Resort building on Birch Bay Drive.

The decor is very classy and upbeat with open-air patio dining looking out over Birch Bay. Owners Don and Mary-Lynn Karl are very excited about opening and offering a totally new menu. Shores will be serving breakfast, lunch and dinner daily starting at 9 am to midnight. They will also be offering a full wine list with wine by the glass or bottle.

Shores will start with a soft opening at first and then announce their grand opening. As far as just when they will actually open their doors is hard to say, however the best thing to do is call before heading out to Shores Restaurant at (360) 371-3464.
