Stars Restaurants Celebrates Spring, Wine and Northwest Cuisine Featuring wines from one of Columbia Valley’s oldest wineries, Gordon Brothers Winery on Friday March 19th OR Saturday March 20th at 6 pm

Join us in Stars Restaurant with Head Winemaker Tim Henley and Semiahmoo’s Executive Chef, Andrew Dixon for a five-course, perfectly paired wine dinner celebrating spring.

• Display of Artisan Cheese from Washington State & Oregon with Dried Fruits, Nuts and Gourmet Crackers
• Singing Scallop-Mussel Ceviche with Sweet Potato Crisps
• Dungeness Crab Spring Rolls with Chili Aioli and Mango Sauce

1st Course 2008 Gordon Brothers Chardonnay
• Pan roasted Pacific Bass with English Peas and Morel Mushrooms
