Samson Estates Winery is a small winery surrounded by picturesque mountains and farmlands. We are located in the northwest corner of Whatcom County, Washington in the fertile Nooksack River Valley. Just 15 minutes east of the Pacific Ocean and 10 minutes from the Cascade mountain range, a drive to our winery is a beautiful one.

As a newcomer to the Washington wine industry, our goal is to produce limited bottlings of award-winning Wines. Our wines currently include traditional vinifera varietals such as Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon. In addition we produce Raspberry, Blackberry and Black Currant wines along with dessert wines of the same fruit.

Visit our winery and gift shop to sample our fine selection of wines to indulge yourself in our Callebaut Belgian Chocolate Truffles, handmade with our very own fruit wines in a beautiful country setting. Feel free to have a glass of wine on our patio that provides a peaceful setting.

Award Winner: Bronze Medal
The Tri-Cities wine festival was held in Pasco, Washington on November 9, 2002. We came away with a bronze metal for our Black Currant wine in this event. We are very proud of this accomplishment. The interesting thing to note here is that our wine was not only judged against other fruit wines, but against grape wines as well.
